The Customer must contact us via email at sales@pipedreamforestry.co.uk prior to the return of any products. We will provide you with a returns address and a returns number, which needs to be quoted on all return paperwork.
Returns must be delivered back to us within 28 days of the original delivery date.
Products must be returned in their original condition and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.
Products must be returned adequately packed and despatched with delivery paid.
The Customer must quote the returns number with the returned product.
For products returned due to customer error or where there is no fault with the product:
Standard products – a handling charge of 25% will be applied. The returns delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Custom items or for products that have been made to a specific size or that are not stock items, no refunds can be given
For products that are being returned due to a packaging or quality issue we will replace the goods free of charge within an agreed time frame. If the Customer does not want the said replacements the standard options apply:
Standard products – a handling charge of 25% will be applied. The returns delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Products that have been cut are not stock items and no refunds can be given. Refunds can only be accepted on full length timber @3.8 metres.
